Privacy Policy
This policy explains what happens to personal data when you visit vistredo.co.uk. In short: this website has no forms, no accounts, no cookies and no analytics, and it makes no requests to any third party. The only personal data involved is the connection data our hosting provider needs in order to serve the page to you, and anything you choose to put in an email to us.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Vistredo LTD ("Vistredo", "we", "us"), a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17413715, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
For the purposes of the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, Vistredo LTD is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us about anything in this policy at Vistredoltd@gmail.com.
2. What this policy covers — and what it does not
This policy covers this website only.
Vistredo also builds and operates consumer applications for iOS, Android and the web. Those applications collect and process data of their own, on a different legal basis and with a different scope, and each is governed by its own privacy policy, presented inside the application and on its store listing. Nothing in this policy applies to them, and nothing in their policies applies to this website.
3. What we collect on this website
3.1 Directly from you: nothing
This website contains no contact forms, no sign-up, no login, no comment fields, no search box and no file uploads. There is no mechanism on any page by which you can submit data to us, and we do not operate one.
3.2 Automatically: connection data
The site is served through Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as our hosting and content delivery provider. In the ordinary course of delivering a web page and protecting the service from attack and abuse, Cloudflare processes:
- your IP address;
- the date and time of the request;
- the URL requested and the HTTP response status;
- your browser's user-agent string and the referring page, where your browser sends them.
We do not use this data to build a profile of you, we do not combine it with any other source, and we do not attempt to identify you from it. We rely on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR — namely operating a website and keeping it available and secure. We have considered your interests and rights and consider that this minimal, security-oriented processing does not override them.
3.3 If you email us
If you write to us, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever else you choose to include, in order to read and answer your message. Where your message concerns a possible commercial relationship, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and, where relevant, on taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR).
4. Cookies and similar technologies
This website sets no cookies and writes nothing to local or session storage. It loads no analytics, no advertising tags, no social widgets and no third-party fonts — the typefaces are served from our own domain. Because no non-essential storage is used, no consent banner is required under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003. Our separate Cookie Policy sets this out in more detail.
5. Who your data is shared with
We do not sell personal data, and we share none of it for advertising purposes.
Connection data is processed by Cloudflare, Inc. as our processor, under a data processing agreement that binds it to act only on our instructions. Email correspondence is handled through our email provider. We may also disclose personal data where we are legally required to do so, or where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

6. International transfers
Cloudflare, Inc. is established in the United States and operates a global network, so connection data may be processed outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, the transfer is made under Cloudflare's data processing addendum, which incorporates the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum issued by the Information Commissioner. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguards from us at the address in section 1.
7. How long we keep it
Connection and security logs are retained by Cloudflare for the limited period set out in its own documentation and are then deleted or aggregated; we do not maintain a separate copy of them. Email correspondence is kept for as long as is necessary to deal with the matter raised and any follow-up, and thereafter for as long as we need it to comply with a legal obligation or to defend a legal claim, after which it is deleted.
8. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to have processing restricted, to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests, and to receive certain data in a portable form. These rights are not absolute and some will not apply to the limited processing described here.
To exercise any of them, write to Vistredoltd@gmail.com. We will respond within one month. We do not charge a fee unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF, United Kingdom — ico.org.uk, helpline 0303 123 1113. We would ask you to raise it with us first so that we have the chance to put it right.
9. Children
This website is a corporate information site aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly process the personal data of children through it.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will publish the revised version on this page and update the date below. Material changes will be described at the top of the page.
