Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of vistredo.co.uk. They are not the terms of any Vistredo application — each of those has its own terms, presented in the application and on its store listing. By using this website you accept these terms.
1. Who operates this website
This website is operated by Vistredo LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17413715, whose registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. You can contact us at Vistredoltd@gmail.com.
2. What this website is
This website is an informational corporate site. It describes who we are and how we work. It is not a shop, it does not take orders or payments, and no part of it constitutes:
- an offer capable of acceptance, or an invitation to treat;
- an offer or invitation to buy or subscribe for securities, or any form of investment advice or solicitation;
- professional, legal, financial or tax advice;
- a representation that any particular product, market or arrangement described here is currently available.
Any commercial relationship with Vistredo is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on this website varies, supplements or overrides such an agreement.
3. Illustrative material
Certain pages present charts, tables and interface mock-ups that describe how we model and interpret data. Where such material is labelled "ILLUSTRATIVE INTERFACE — NOT REPORTED DATA", "SCHEMATIC" or with words to similar effect, it is exactly that: a depiction of method, drawn with representative figures. It is not a statement of our results, revenue, spend, traffic volumes or any other performance metric, and it must not be relied on as one.
Case descriptions on this site are anonymised and describe work performed, not amounts earned. Where genuine performance data is required — for example by a bank, payment processor or prospective partner conducting a compliance or onboarding review — it is provided directly, under that review, and not through this website.
4. Third-party names
This website names advertising platforms, networks, app stores and technology vendors in order to describe, factually, the channels and systems we operate across. All trade marks, product names and logos are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this site does not indicate any partnership, sponsorship, certification, affiliation or endorsement, in either direction, and must not be read as implying one.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content of this website — text, layout, graphics, code and design — is owned by Vistredo LTD or licensed to it, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
You may view the site, and print or download extracts for your own internal reference. You may not republish, redistribute, sell, rent, sub-licence or otherwise commercially exploit any part of it, or present it as your own, without our prior written permission.
The typefaces used on this site are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and remain the property of their respective authors.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use this website in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or that damages or impairs it. In particular you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any server or system connected to it, introduce malicious code, or subject it to any form of denial-of-service attack. You must not scrape or systematically extract content from it for the purpose of building a competing or derivative service.
7. Availability
We make this website available free of charge and give no undertaking that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it without notice.
8. Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party website, we do so for information only. We have no control over its content and accept no responsibility for it, or for any loss arising from your use of it.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The content of this website is provided for general information. While we take care to keep it accurate and current, we give no warranty, express or implied, that it is complete, accurate or up to date, and we do not undertake to update it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, this website, and for any loss arising from reliance on material published on it — including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill and loss or corruption of data.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
If you are using this site in the course of a business, the exclusions above apply in full. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you use the site is the version that applies. The date of the current version is shown below.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom may bring proceedings in the courts of their own jurisdiction.
